How much is the reservation fee?
₱300 per person per tour, and ₱200 per person for the city tour. The balance is settled on the day.
What if it rains?
If a tour is cancelled because of the weather, we give a full refund.
Is hotel pick-up included?
Yes. In Puerto Princesa we pick you up anywhere in the city, including your hotel, in a 12 to 13 seater air-conditioned van.
Do you have child rates?
Children 0 to 2 are free. Ages 3 to 5 get ₱200 off the Underground River, Honda Bay and Firefly tours, and 50% off the city tour. Ages 6 and up pay the adult rate.
Is there a senior or PWD discount?
Our promo rates are already discounted from the original rates, so they apply to everyone.
Can we swim in the Underground River?
No. Swimming is not allowed, to protect the wildlife and keep the cave quiet.
Is lunch included?
Yes on the Underground River, Honda Bay and island hopping tours. The city tour comes with light snacks.
Can we do a private tour?
Yes. The price depends on your group size and which tours you want, so message us.
Are pregnant guests allowed?
Yes.
